Why do you think your character would work in this setting?
They accepted an offer Eli gave them a while ago because of agreement by all the Dannyzens that a change of scenery would be a definite good idea. After all, they got kidnapped by Mr. Nobody. With everything else seeming to be alright back home, they figured it would be a good time to start over for now.
How do you plan to expand their CR?
Danny thrives on having action happening at near all times. They will gladly accept anyone who wants to come by for the perpetual cabaret, or even just interested in hanging out with the street. He'd known Eli before deciding to jump to town, after all.
What will your character do for work?
Danny will offer jobs in the stores strewn throughout them as well as offer housing at some apartments. If anyone wants to start a business on Danny Street.

Third-Person Sample:
A day on Danny Street could be summed up fairly easily. People would walk around, have some fun joking around. Danny making sure no one was getting too rough or anything like that. But people would draw on the pavement with chalk, or even have conversations with Danny. Looking for some advice on personal problems or whatever might be going on. Danny replying as best they could, even suggesting they ask some of the other Dannyzens. The street was lovely during the day, and a street party at night. People that didn't want to stay in the cabaret dancing out there. People had their options, after all. They could go around, try on new outfits in the shops, read books, whatever they wanted.
Of course, the main attraction was always Peeping Tom's Perpetual Cabaret. The queens keeping the party truly going. Between their shows every night, welcoming anyone else who might want to join in, karaoke going practically all day... Today was nearly a perfect day. Hell, with their positioning, if someone wandered by, they could be invited to stay. Whether they actually would or not would be another story, but as Danny and the Dannyzens felt, there was something for everyone on the street. But it was a decision. And that decision would be respected. No matter what.
